Job Summary
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking professional to support our sales and customer service operations, acting as a bridge between our local team, Japanese clients, and Japan headquarters. The role involves handling sales administrative tasks, supporting pre-sales activities, and providing responsive customer service to ensure a smooth business process and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and renewal documents.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentation materials.
Handle customer enquiries via email or phone in both Japanese and English.
