Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key categories to meet cost, quality and delivery target;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier alignment with project and product requirement;
Analyze market trends, risk and opportunities to inform sourcing decision;
Assess supplier capabilities and capacity to match our quality and delivery requirements;

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field Support

Minimum 5 -8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation skill;

Experience with global sourcing and working across different geographies;

Good vendor sourcing, cost negotiation and communication skills, responsible and independent;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

Willing to travel China, Dongguan, Malaysia and Mexico.
