Your Mission
Drive and modernize the company’s Industrial Relations (IR) strategy.
Develop policies and provide expert guidance on corporate-wide IR matters.
Collaborate with CHRO, Finance, leaders, and People Business Partners in formulating negotiation mandates across bargaining groups.
Strengthen ER / IR capabilities across the People team, including knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
Coordinate and integrate all IR initiatives into a cohesive, effective framework.
Build strong relationships with external authorities, agencies, and networks to benchmark best practices.
Perform other relevant duties assigned to support continuous improvement of the TDCX Quality Management System.
