About the Role

We are looking for a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Contractor to join our global TA team on a 6‑month assignment. This role will focus on strategic overseas hiring, with a strong emphasis on EMEA and Asia markets, driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for regional and global roles, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top‑tier talent.
  • Build and manage strong pipelines in crypto, fintech, technology, and other digital‑first industries.
  • Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision‑making.
  • Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience across diverse geographies.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or executive search.
  • Strong industry exposure to crypto, fintech, tech, internet, e‑commerce, or other fast‑paced digital sectors.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken & written) – essential for cross‑border stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence global senior stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of technology, fintech, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to quickly understand new business models.
