Scope of Work :

• Perform system analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, and provide user support during platform transitions.
• Maintain and enhance computer systems by adding new features, upgrading infrastructure, and applying system updates to improve security and performance.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement new processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure stable operations.
• Gather user requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create clear documentation, workflows, and diagrams to support system logic and operational understanding.
• Optimize core processes to enhance business efficiency and operational agility.
