Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Gujarati Speaking) to join our team in Penang. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing support via email, live chat, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Gujarati and English via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate product or service information and resolve issues efficiently.
Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
Requirements
Fluency in Gujarati and English (spoken and written) is a must.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Willing to relocate or currently based in Penang, Malaysia .
