Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving marketing initiatives to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, managing training sessions for staff on sales techniques, and supervising day-to-day sales operations. The role involves interacting with patients and ensuring their satisfaction with the clinic's services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with patients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Ability to conduct Training and mentorship to equip team members with effective sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards meeting targets.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
