Supervise day-to-day processing activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Lead and train team members to meet operational and customer requirements.
Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Plan, allocate, and optimize manpower and workflow.
Track and report on output, performance, and wastage.
Work closely with the operations team, supporting warehousing, logistics, and other functions as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across operations.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in food processing, seafood, or operations supervision.
Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / ISO preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and flexible with working hours.
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to support different areas of operations when required.
