Maintenance Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years’ experience in maintenance management, preferably in cement or heavy industries. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with CMMS and reliability‑centred maintenance practices.
Join us at Aalborg Portland Malaysia Sdn Bhd . A leading white cement manufacturer with over 90 years of experience and operational presence in 18 countries. Our plant is located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our plant’s maintenance function. The ideal candidate will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and foster a proactive maintenance culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the maintenance team to establish strategies and action plans in line with the industrial plan and to achieve the departmental targets set by the management
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment.
- Coordinate with production and Quality teams to support operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance best practices.
