Enterprise AI Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Wallaroo.AI is a Microsoft-backed, fast‑growing startup building a software platform that enables AI teams to deploy AI inference at scale across any cloud, edge or on‑prem environment. We empower customers to quickly achieve business value from AI projects and retain them while expanding our footprint. The Customer Success Manager will serve as an AI expert, architecting solutions, delivering technical and functional guidance, and driving adoption and expansion.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead the full rollout of Wallaroo for Enterprise, ensuring customers realize quick value.
Own the customer journey as the main point of contact; manage success plans, run Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
Serve as a technical guru – master the Wallaroo.AI product to provide hands‑on technical advice and optimization tips.
Drive adoption through training and other strategies to ensure customers use and love the platform.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering to keep customers happy and relay product feedback to the product team.

Must‑Haves

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management or Professional Services, with a track record of managing both short‑term projects and long‑term strategic relationships.

Strong technical communication skills – able to explain complex technical topics to a range of audiences.

Familiarity with deep‑learning frameworks (e.g., Transformers, ONNX, PyTorch) and LLM frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang) for AI deployment and inference.

Prior experience or familiarity with major enterprise AI platforms such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex, Arize AI, Baseten, etc.

Pay range (NYC) : $150,000 – $185,000
