MAINTENACE / TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Check machine condition, mould number according planning schedule, mould set up, material check parameter data and make sure the correct data are used based on mould part number.
• Check machine tie bar, toggle system hydraulic level & adjust robot.
• Check barrel heater, compare actual temperature and setting temperature.
• Check machine hydraulic hose, hooper, temocouple functional or replace.
• Clean mould core and cavity side surface, grease up the guide pin, ejector pin, plate bush and spring.
• Apply water displacement at all lubricant points, purge material and run shot.
• Maintain machine preventive maintenance checklist.
• Mould temperature controller and conveyor repair.
• Check good part condition and get process quality control to buy off.
