Responsibilities

  • Process incoming & outgoing shipments and orders
  • Monitor shipment and delivery schedule
  • Inventory management, generating of Purchase Orders, D / Os, Invoices, etc.
  • Data entry into inhouse WMS system (training will be provided)
  • Generate report on weekly and monthly basis
  • Liaising with customers and vendors on incoming and outgoing shipments via calls, messaging and emails
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure job properly flows through
  • Maintaining proper and systematic filing / e-filing of documents
  • Follow standard SOP
  • Other ad-hoc job assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Education level Min. Diploma and above
  • Familiar with IT applications (Android, iOS, App, software, etc)
  • Fast learner
  • Completes assigned tasks on time and in good quality
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (as most of our suppliers are from China and requires to communicate in Chinese)
  • Using MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Outlook) on a proficient level
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and vendors
  • Able to work independently without much supervision
  • Good data organizing and job planning skills
  • Experience in logistics / warehouse related jobs preferred

    • Workplace & Working Hours Details

    Fully remote (Work from Home)

    Requires to travel occasionally to KL warehouse for meetings or for stock taking

    Working hours and days Mondays to Fridays : Hrs

    Salary Package Details

  • Basic salary from MYR 3,500.00 onwards (subjected to candidates' work experience and other qualifications)
  • Allowance : Monthly Internet subscription MYR 30.00
  • Discretionary bonus : 13th month bonus, Performance bonus, Long service incentive (3 years, 5 years, 10 years)
  • EPF contributions
  • O.T rate (1.5x Saturdays and 2.0x on Sundays and Public holidays)
  • Medical & Dental Claims
  • Travel claims (if applicable)
  • Annual and Birthday Leave

    • Others

    Company laptop, printer and mobile phone will be provided.
