Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to grow leads, manage client relationships and secure exciting project opportunities for ADAS in Malaysia. As part of our growing operations, you will work closely with our Singapore-based team to deliver high-value, turnkey architectural solutions.
This role combines sales development with ongoing client coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Job Function
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, active outreach, and lead generation.
- Increase market awareness of the ADAS brand by specifying projects and building relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, contractors, engineers and property developers.
- Initiate consistent follow-ups with clients to secure projects and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist in achieving annual sales targets through effective sales closure and relationship management.
- Understand project requirements and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
Responsibilities
Prepare supporting materials such as presentations, proposal decks and technical specifications for meetings and submissions.Represent the company in marketing presentations, seminars, meetings, exhibitions and events.Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with client data, project status, and sales activities for reporting and pipeline tracking.Use task / project management tools to assign and track deliverables with technical, project, and QS / Contract teams.Liaise with third‑party digital marketing services for the company’s digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, website and social media content.Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submission documentation.Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Business or related fields.At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales activities, business development or sales coordination, preferably in a project-based or construction-related industry.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Experience in Rhino 3D / AutoCAD is an advantage.Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage.Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.Friendly, confident and comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
