Your Edge Assignment / You Will
Event Strategy & Planning
- Work with the Brand team to implement event strategy aligned with Axi’s marketing and business objectives in the APAC region.
- Develop creative event concepts and experiences that strengthen brand positioning and encourage meaningful engagement with partners and clients.
- Ensure each event has clear objectives, targeted outcomes, and defined success measures aligned with marketing and business priorities.
Event Management & Execution
Plan, organize and execute the end‐to‐end of all physical and virtual events, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and post‑event evaluation / reporting.Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism across all event touchpoints, from preparation to execution.Manage all event‑related communications, branding, and promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams.Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure events contribute effectively to engagement and the commercial goals and growth of the business.Regional Focus & Localisation
Tailor events and activations to resonate with diverse audiences, local market needs and cultural preferences across APAC markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, event organisers, and partners to ensure smooth execution and compliance with local requirements.Ensure that all activities reflect Axi’s brand values and adhere to regional laws, regulations and internal governance standards.Measurement & Reporting
Track event performance and outcomes, ROI, participant feedback and satisfaction, and overall contribution to business objectives.Manage event budgets, vendors and outcomes accurately and efficiently to ensure effective resource management.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analysing feedback and lessons learned from past events.Report on key event metrics and insights to senior management.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with regional marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.Communicate effectively with Creative and stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity, transparency, and timely delivery of event‑related updates.Perform any other duties, projects, or event‑related tasks as assigned, to support overall Brand, Marketing and business objectives.Are you the one?
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or administrative support role.Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong coordination and communication skills, with a proactive and detail‑oriented approach.Ideal for candidates with a PA, coordination, or project support background.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and collaborating across teams.Axi's bag of delights
