Maintenance Chargeman (A4)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Chargeman (A4) to oversee and maintain the mechanical and electrical systems of our commercial building. The role involves ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently, conducting inspections, managing compliance with regulatory standards, and leading maintenance activities to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety compliance of the building's Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems. Including manage equipment like electrical system, air-conditioning, fire protection, HV / LV power equipment. The role requires performing regular inspections, troubleshooting, coordination with utility providers and regulatory bodies, and ensuring that all systems function efficiently and safely. The chargeman will also supervise maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide technical expertise to improve operational processes.
