We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and guiding young minds, laying the foundation for their future academic and personal success. Responsibilities
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2–4 Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with early years curriculum Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s development Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, cohesive and vibrant nursery culture Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met Requirements
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children Experience as a teacher, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting. Fresh graduates are welcome too. A diploma in Early Childhood Education or Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP) qualification or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues A deep understanding of child development stages and the ability to create age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans First Aid certification is a plus
