Senior Electrical Engineer

Mpac Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Malaysia. This full-time role focuses on delivering robust electrical design solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Purpose of the Role

Provide high-level electrical design output, continuously apply innovative thought to deliver maximum value, manage cost-effective solutions, and ensure schedules and resources are managed to achieve deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design through internal and external reviews, ensuring technical risk is reduced.
• Maintain commercial awareness to maximize value to customers.
• Ensure design quality aligns with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate accurate project status to Engineering Manager and stakeholders.
• Act as Electrical Design Lead during design review meetings.
• Mentor electrical designers and support continuous improvement programmes.
• Perform verification activities to confirm as-built installations align with design documents.
