Penerangan pekerjaanGenerate and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management for decision-making. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their business objectives. Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients. Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Provide financial insights and support to other departments as needed. Assist in the preparation of audit documents and liaise with external auditors. Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Monitor and manage financial risks, implementing controls to mitigate them. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or a related field. Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts independently. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Operating centralized laundry factories, shared warehouses, and convenient logistics with a sophisticated hotel linen rental and washing system. With forward warehouses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sarawak, Sabah, and beyond, gradually expanding across Malaysia and Singapore.
Job Description
Full Set of Accounts Management :
- Oversee and manage the complete accounting process, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
