Role and Responsibilities
- Build a retention plan and structure for the ongoing management of the client base
- Ensure that allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and well managed
- Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner
- Actively engage clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations
- Adopt a proactive approach to grow clients base through client referrals and networking
- Actively follow up on leads via client referrals and networking
- Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
- Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by manager
- Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and financial activities
- Contribute insights to help enhance our product offerings and customer engagement strategies of the overall business
