What You'll Do :

🎯 Lead product development projects from concept to launch.

📊 Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.

🔬 Perform sensory evaluation and quality testing of products.

📝 Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.

🌱 Innovate new recipes while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

📅 Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D within the F&B sector.

✅ Strong understanding of food science principles and product development processes.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong communication and presentation abilities.

✅ Passion for food innovation and consumer trends.

Salary package : Up to MYR 6,500
