Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Kajang. The Account Executive will be responsible for account management, maintaining strong client relationships, generating reports, and assisting in financial planning. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support for Mandarin-speaking clients, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in account management, financial planning, and report generation
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle administrative tasks
• Interpersonal and customer service skills to build client relationships
• Previous experience in a similar role in finance or investment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
