About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site sales visits and client meetings
  • Promote and sell company products and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Manage orders and respond to customer inquiries across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Company Website)
  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns
  • Upload and update product listings
  • Assist with live streaming sessions and content planning
  • Provide administrative support and collaborate with the team
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms and digital trends
  • Creative mindset with an interest in content and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, confident, and strong in communication
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Sales experience is an added advantage
  • Willing to travel for outstation work (allowances provided)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Basic computer and administrative skills

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Basic salary + High commission + Performance bonuses

    Travel allowance & outstation claims

    EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions
