Job Summary

Executing the machining operation as per routing.

Machine the part as per engineering drawing.
Perform dimension inspection.
Able to run Turnmill / Large lathe machine.

Roles & Responsibilities

Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).

Execute the machining operation as per routing.

Machine the part as per engineering drawing.

Operate Turnmill / Large lathe machine.

Monitor machining parameters and provide feedback to programmer if necessary.

Perform dimension inspection.

Perform fixture, tool, and part setup.

Maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.

Report all daily activities via MII Systems.

Wear required PPE while performing work.

Comply with all HSSE requirements.

Provide assistance to superiors whenever required.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environment policies.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in operating Turnmill / Large lathe machine.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma Trade Certificate in Metal or Precision Engineering.
