Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our HR team in the fast-paced Food & Beverage industry. This role plays a key part in managing HR operations, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional HR support across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate and drive employee engagement programs and activities
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Prepare HR reports, data analysis, and recommendations for management review
• Provide guidance and HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
