Technical Engineer

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Technical Engineer located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical solutions, assisting in system configurations, and ensuring that all systems and infrastructure operate efficiently. Additional tasks may include documentation of technical processes, testing system updates, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams or clients as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in system troubleshooting, technical support, and problem‑solving within hardware and software domains.
• Skills in system configuration, infrastructure management, and network administration.
• Experience in drafting technical documentation, reports, and operational guides.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Prior experience in technical engineering roles and certifications in relevant areas are an advantage.
