Google Sheets Proficiency : You are well‑versed in Google Sheets, utilizing these tools effectively for data analysis and task management. Complexity Comprehension : You have a keen ability to understand and navigate the complexities of product requests and inquiries. Travel Industry Experience : Prior experience in the travel industry is a valuable asset, providing you with a deeper understanding of customer expectations and industry trends. Flexible Work Schedule : You are open to working outside regular office hours, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the job. Timely Delivery : You are accountable for completing product requests and inquiries within the agreed‑upon timeframe. Accurate Calculations : You utilize the provided product calculator to ensure all cost estimates are precise and aligned with company standards. Quality Assurance : You maintain the highest quality standards for processed requests, ensuring they meet ARBA Travel's experience expectations. Effective Communication : You foster open and clear communication with sales, PT R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Head of Product : You will report directly to the Head of Product, seeking guidance and direction on strategic product initiatives. Private Tour R&D : You will maintain close collaboration with the PT R&D Team, providing insights and feedback for product optimization. Key Responsibilities :
1) Product Request Management
- Receive and review product requests and inquiries from sales and other relevant teams.
- Respond promptly and accurately to all requests within established deadlines.
- Ensure requests are processed meticulously, adhering to ARBA Travel's experience standards and quality guidelines.
