Medical Sales Representative

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with American Taiwan Biopharm Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Kuala Lumpur and Penang region. This full‑time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an innovative biopharmaceutical company.

What you’ll be doing

• Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to private clinics and hospitals.
• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
• Provide excellent pre‑ and post‑sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Organise and participate in medical seminars, conferences, and product presentations within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support the development of effective sales strategies.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills to drive territory growth and performance.
• Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales reports and provide relevant market insights.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in market research, key account management, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
