Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including corporations, educational institutions, and government organizations, for our training services.
- Prospect new leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, training needs, and objectives.
- Develop and present tailored training proposals that address client needs and align with their business goals.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers in client organizations.Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.Conduct regular follow‑ups and check‑ins to ensure the successful implementation and impact of training programs.Market & Competitive Analysis :
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business expansion.Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and position the company’s services effectively against competitors.Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by securing new contracts and expanding client relationships.Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Work closely with the marketing, product, and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client needs.Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support the closing of large deals.Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.Reporting & CRM Management :
Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system with client information, sales activities, and project updates.Provide regular reports to management on sales progress, opportunities, and performance against targets.Seniority Level
