Installation and Maintenance : Install, maintain, and repair various technical equipment or products directly at customer sites.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose technical problems and perform effective repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.

Customer Interaction : Serve as the direct link between the company and customers, providing necessary technical expertise and explaining complex information in an understandable way.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed, and report to the Service Manager or Head of Engineering.

Travel : This role requires extensive travel to customer locations, with some office work for reporting and documentation purposes.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment being serviced, often requiring a background in engineering or a related field.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly.
• Flexibility : Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various work environments.

Qualification

Holding Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering

Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or hands on of similar field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
