Responsibilities :

• Liaise with the Manager, Feed Production, for the overall functioning of the feed production.
• Arrange manpower in the section.
• Monitor production planning.
• Oversee daily production and quality reports.
• Maintain production and maintenance records.
• Guide personnel in their daily operations.
• Ensure all operational staff practice conformance to the Company's Rules and Regulations and relevant systems, ensuring a healthy and productive working environment.
• Work towards achieving objectives and targets set by Top Management.
• Conduct training programs for operations personnel.
• Exercise GMP and ISO 22000 procedures.
• Appointed as IQA Auditor.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as required.
