Conduct physician training programs and workshops on Structural Heart therapies and devices.
Provide on-site clinical support during implantation procedures in catheterization laboratories.
Offer technical guidance to ensure safe and effective device usage.
Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams to improve procedural outcomes.
Support therapy and product development through field feedback and clinical insights.
Assist in developing and optimizing training materials and technical documentation.
Educational background in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related disciplines.
Experience in medical device case support, particularly in interventional cardiology or structural heart procedures.
1–2 years of relevant working experience in clinical, technical, or training functions.
Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
Frequent international travel required (e.g., to Europe and other regions); must be able to obtain Schengen and other visas easily.
Comfortable working in radiation-exposed environments (cath labs) while wearing protective lead aprons.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Able to complete six months of training in Shanghai, China upon onboarding.
Strong learning agility – able to quickly master cardiovascular medical and technical knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with physicians and medical staff.
