Work you’ll do

• Handling full spectrum of Singapore corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, registration of foreign entity, representative office, drafting of relevant resolutions and maintain the client’s records to ensure that the client comply with the relevant regulations.
• Assist to update the client’s database electronically.
• Assist to draft invoice and monitor the client’s AR aging.
• Attend clients’ meetings and draft minutes.
• Assist in the client acceptance process.
• Other corporate or ad‑hoc duties as required.
