About the Business
Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement : manage the Esports community and organize engaging activities for community followers and core members to boost engagement and excitement.
- Feedback Collection : collect and analyze feedback from players and followers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Management of moderators : work closely with esports moderators to track their initiatives and ensure proper distribution of rewards and recognition for community contributions.
