The ideal candidate involves managing staff, monitoring equipment and resources, and driving continuous improvement to achieve company goals in quality, safety, productivity, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and manage plant operations to achieve production targets and efficiency improvement.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and optimize asset utilization.
- Oversee warehouse management.
- Collaborate with other department (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, etc) to ensure smooth operations.
