Job descriptionPlan, supervise, and deliver lessons according to the centre’s policies and curriculum framework. Complete lesson plans and children's progress reports each term. Prepare and maintain a developmental portfolio for children. Continuously upgrade professional skills and knowledge through training and development. Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment that encourages children's academic and creative growth. Manage daily classroom operations, ensuring the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children. Work closely and collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Build strong, positive relationships and communication with parents. Support and participate in school activities, including events, marketing, celebrations, required trainings, and any duties assigned by the Centre Management. Requirements
- Willingness to work in Bangsar.
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children's needs
- At least 1 year of experience teaching in a preschool setting
- Capable of planning and delivering engaging lessons
