The Role

We are continuously expanding and seeking passionate professionals to join our team as a Fleet Key Account Manager located in Malaysia or Thailand, to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners network across ASIA region.

Responsibilities :

Relationship Management :

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.

Strategic Account Planning :

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management :

  • Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.
  • Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
  • Onboarding and training of new fleets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
  • Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Market Intelligence :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.
  • This role will be reporting to Regional Head of Fleet, located within European time zone.
  • Ideal Profile

    Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of B2B key account management experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Direct experience within the transportation, mobility, or a related industry, such as ride-hailing, automotive, or logistics. Experience managing taxi, livery, or private hire companies is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, including identifying and executing on upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • A history of successfully negotiating and managing complex B2B contracts and partnerships.
  • Proven ability to source and acquire new fleet partners, including experience with cold-calling and lead qualification.
  • Core Competencies

  • Exceptional Relationship Management : A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders, from fleet owners to dispatch managers. The ideal candidate can quickly become a trusted advisor and the go-to person for their clients.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking : The ability to not just manage day-to-day tasks but to see the bigger picture. This includes using data to drive decisions, interpret performance metrics, and create actionable plans for account growth and improvement.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen : A solid understanding of business drivers and the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial deals. The candidate should be able to identify revenue opportunities and close partnerships that align with business goals.
  • Effective Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate complex information, present performance data, and manage expectations with internal and external teams.
  • Proactive & Resourceful : The ability to work autonomously and take initiative. This person should be a self-starter who can solve problems creatively, stay ahead of market trends, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Spirit : A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional departments—including sales, operations, and tech teams—to improve processes and deliver a better experience for our fleet partners.
  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new IT systems and tools.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
