We are looking for “Application Engineer Manager, AP” to manage and drive Flow Control business development together with stakeholders by delivering reliable high flow control performance through,

As an energic team leader of Application Engineer , you will play significant role as Head of Application Engineer to corporate with all regional and global expert team to ensuring the offering are meet with market demanding & requirement, develop customer’s satisfaction and deliver value-added solution to customer.

To review assigned inquiry and offering products strategy and quotation.
To set up technical clarification with customer if required.
To support Distribution Channel on CPQ systems, set process for quotation and order handling with distributors;
To be responsible of products, Quotation tools & software training of new staff and / or agents and upgrading of existing staff in AP
To Optimize Sales & Service Work Processes and Maintaining a Good Filing System for proper records.
To support Sales and the Distribution Channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with sales, service, finance and operations in an effort to solve order issues.
To Prepare and Analyze the monthly report (Order Booking, Backlog, Packed Not Delivered & Net Sales Forecast) for better Sales & Service Target Achievement
To manage workload of support team in AP and corporate across function.
Work cross functionally to ensure customer expectations are met.
To ensure that orders are placed correctly and within time frame set
To Support Order Delivery Expediting
To support on Sales & Service Order Logistics related matters (Logistics Terms / Policies, Cost Control & Service Level Monitoring).
To support on Sales & Service Order Commercial (Contract Terms & Condition, Contract Policies, Approval Grid Awareness, Trade Finance Policies, Finance Policies and Systems Implementation / Release Support)

Beside of your engaged, self-motivated active team player and strong leadership with "can do" attitude, you are equipped with :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering field (Chemical, Petrochemicals, Instrumentation and control)

Knowledge of Valve & Flow control principle.

Experience with Saleforce system, M3, SAP or IScala system.

Typical minimum relevant experience required : 5-7 years

Good knowledge of Flow Control operation processes and systems (Valves is a must)

Good interpersonal skills, leadership capability to lead team even in matrixed organization.

Experience and knowledge of key cultural differences and ability to adapt communication style accordingly. Skilled at working across global boundaries.

Good communication skills in English, as well as presentation and facilitation skills.

Good administrative, service minded, organizational, problem-solving skills and meticulous working attitude
