Job Summary
To execute the strategies and provide sales support to internal and external stakeholders in delivering Division / region’s targets.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve business targets assigned by the Company.
- To provide updates to agency force on the Company’s latest development and compliance matter.
- To execute agency transformation activities in achieving high productivity agency force.
- To provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- To manage, track and monitor agencies’ performance.
- To conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders and agents to ensure that their performance is on track.
- To motivate / coach / provide timely support to agency force to achieve production targets.
- To build good business relationship with agency force via regular visitations.
- To ensure compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
- To conduct relevant training to agency force.
- To plan and organize activities that drive productivity.
