Job descriptionIdentify and prospect new business opportunities within the signage industry while assisting in the sales and marketing of all company products and services. Prepare quotations and presentations, follow up with customers to negotiate and close deals, and understand client needs to provide tailored signage solutions. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure successful project execution and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities; conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries to achieve total satisfaction and develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet targeted revenue goals. Participate in trade shows and networking events, provide feedback on product development, and train junior sales staff to enhance team performance. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare and present sales reports in a timely manner. Requirements
- Must possess own transport and be proficient in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.
- Minimum educational requirement : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years of sales experience, experience in the printing or advertising industry is an added advantage.
