Finance Manager based in Senai

Our Client

This is a market-leading manufacturing MNC based in Senai, Johor. They are an established organisation and a leader in the segment they are operating in. With recent integration and a robust expansion plans in place, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their esteemed team.

Your Role

This role is part of the senior leadership team that will lead a sizeable team and report to the CFO of the company. You will be supported by Divisional Heads in managing the Financial Reporting, Accounting and Controlling function. Your scope includes strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, statutory reporting and ensuring compliance to Group's financial policies and procedures. Aside from supporting senior management in establishing structure and processes, you will also be a change driver in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company and close-collaboration with other departments.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 8 years of Finance & Accounting experience with solid exposure in people management roles in manufacturing industry. You will also have either a bachelor's degree or ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or MIA qualification. Candidates with successes as change agent in establishing structures and processes have an added advantage.
