Job Responsibility :

• Directly contribute to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, ensuring the delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels in alignment with country targets
• Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures
• Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor business
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Visit clients regularly to present products / services and close deals
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain and expand customer base in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager
