This role is to assist priesthood leaders as they implement Seminaries & Institutes (S&I) programs in their assigned areas, to train called Seminary & Institute teachers, and to coordinate the effort to ensure all qualified youth and young adults enroll in Seminary & Institute classes. This position will be located in Kuching Malaysia

• Develop and administer short-term and long-term planning strategies to provide top-quality programs which leads to high level of S&I enrollments and completions
• Provide professional training and support to stake / district Seminary and Institute teachers regularly to ensure top-quality Gospel teaching
• Teach the Gospel effectively and act as an example of effective teacher to the Seminary and Institute teachers called by local priesthood leaders
• Support and coordinate with local priesthood leaders to enroll all qualified young men, young women, and young single adults in S&I classes to strengthen their conversion to Christ
• Manage S&I operation including budget and financial transactions in the designated areas
• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred)
• 5-8 years of recognized experience in management, training and development or other related disciplines
• Experience in interactive teaching and training
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with priesthood leaders and young people effectively
• Deep understanding of gospel doctrines and principles
• Able to communicate in English effectively in business setting – verbal and written
• Good working knowledge and skills of using Microsoft Office suites and utilizing Social Media and IT solutions
