  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. -Provide accurate information about products / services and resolve customer issues promptly. -Maintain customer records and update the CRM system. -Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. -Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. -Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. -Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary. -Support sales and marketing efforts by providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.   • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. -Proven experience in a customer service role (1–2 years preferred; fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome). -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (other languages are a plus). -Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. -Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. -Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. -Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required).
