Proficient in accounting software such as Xero will be an added advantage
Assist in general accounting duties such as issuance invoices, payments and filling in hardcopy and softcopy
Basic accounting skills and financial principles
Letter preparation and government administrative knowledge
Able to keep confidentiality, as will be preparing payroll, and letters related to HR work
Assist in preparation and submission of SST
To prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Verify on monthly staff claims
