Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, primarily focusing on accounts payable and general accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with accounts payable (AP) processes, including data entry and payment preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare and issue debit notes and credit notes
- Support general accounting and administrative functions
- Enter AP invoices, driver commissions, and check sales invoices
- Prepare standard journal entries and handle bank reconciliation tasks
- Assist in the preparation of management reports
Requirements :
Preferably some experience in accounts payable or a related fieldCandidates with more than 1 year of experience handling full set of accounts will have an added advantageStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plusBenefits :
