Job Title : Senior ERP Specialist -Business Analyst & Scrum Master

Location : Biyagama

Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of technical documentation, UI design, use cases, and UML diagrams.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Experience in ERP system implementation, preferably in a textile or process manufacturing setting, is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, including non-technical users.

Open to change and innovation as essential aspects of the role.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

ERP System Implementation : Facilitate communication between technical and functional teams to ensure technical designs and applications align with specified requirements and industry standards.

ERP Requirements Engineering : Analyze and convert functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for the ERP system.

Product Backlog Maintenance : Keep the product backlog updated, prioritized, and aligned with business and user needs.

Scrum Ceremony Facilitation : Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum practices within the ERP team.

Technical Solutions Delivery : Oversee project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions within the Scrum framework.

Technical Issue Resolution : Investigate and elevate technical problems, resource conflicts, and communication challenges within the team.

Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and reliability of ERP solutions through testing and validation to meet business requirements.

Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, integrations, and report / dashboard development.

Innovation and Industry Trends : Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and enhance client engagement.

Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by management, aligned with the current role.
