Strategic Planning & Workforce Management – Aligns HR strategy with overall business objectives, helping the organization attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce.
Talent Acquisition - Attracting top candidates through employer branding, competitive compensation, and effective recruiting strategies.
Performance Management - Implementing systems for performance evaluations, setting clear expectations, and linking performance to compensation and career development.
Compensation and Benefits - Designing and administering competitive salary structures and comprehensive benefits packages to attract and retain employees.
Employee Relations & Culture - Managing conflicts, promoting a positive work environment, and developing policies for employee conduct and well-being.
Learning and Development - Collaborate with senior management, organizing training programs and initiatives to enhance individual and organizational performance, innovation, and career development.
Legal Compliance and Health & Safety - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, maintaining workplace safety, and conducting regular audits.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
10 years of progressive HR experience or senior HR leadership role.
Experience in a multinational corporation or dynamic business environment.
Strong project management skills for managing complex HR initiatives.
Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.
Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.
Familiarity with talent management and development practices.
Experience in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within organizations.
Understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Have experience handling expatriates and a strong understanding of current requirement working in Malaysia.
Proficiency in multiple languages can be advantageous.
Knowledge or interest in emerging technologies such as AI, HR analytics tools, and digital HR platforms is an added advantage.
