Responsibilities
- Activity - Provides technical guidance on specific Offering(s) / Product(s); Lead high-level tech sales conversations.
- Target Audience : Decision makers, project owners, technical leads
- Deliverable - Ensure excellence in pipeline management, pipeline hygiene, and sales execution against targets. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, including pipeline generation and activity based targets; accurately forecast pipeline generation
- Communicate effectively with line of business and IT decision makers; works to remove technical doubts and business sales roadblocks, improving business development practices
- Proficient conducting high-level demos of primary selling scenarios for Microsoft solution(s); Understand and drive compete messaging
- Collaborate with extended sales team, partners, and marketing to conduct whitespace analysis to pursue high potential customers and develop a target list of potential business. Generate new leads through territory planning, call down campaigns, events, and demos and conduct personal campaigns to discover new opportunities
- Leverage best-in-class sales and communication tools to accelerate sales, maintain high daily activity and a book of accounts
Qualifications and Experience
Education – Bachelor’s degree is requiredExperience :4-5 years of technology related sales or business development experienceExperience engaging with customers across industries, company sizes and types to determine needs and identify opportunitiesUnderstanding of cloud collaboration and productivity market and ability to develop deep expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft SQLProven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goalsLanguages – Fluent in EnglishTools / Technologies : High Functional knowledge in productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) L300 level experience using Cloud Consoles, Microsoft Cloud (Azure, O365, M365, Dynamics 365)Certifications : Fundamentals (AZ-900, AI-900, DP-900, MS-900, MB-901, PL-900) Intermediate (AZ-104, MS-300, DP-200, MB-200)Seniority level
