QA Sn Engineer

Performing the role as QA Sn Engineer for JJPM-NILAI with primary responsibilities as follows :

• Supervise and manage the QAC team, including engineers, inspections and other QA personnel.
• Develop KPIS and performance metrics for team members to align with company goals.
• Organize and manage internal and external audits (including customer audits, certification body audits and etc.).
• Design, update and enforce QA processes and procedures to ensure compliance with JJ policy, procedures and standard requirements (ISO 9001, 14001,
• Monitor and improve QA workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce non-conformities.
• Analyze non-conformance reports and manage root cause analysis (RCA) to drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with sales, technical and production team for new product introduction (NPI) to ensure smooth delivery and adhere to quality standards.
