Job Description : Delivery Engineer (Telecom / Entitlement Server)

Location : Remote, Based on Malaysia (Fluent in Chinese & English, ability to present and confident in client engagement)

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Engineer to join our team and support international telecom projects. This role focuses on the deployment, integration, and ongoing support and operation of our Entitlement Server product within mobile operators’ networks. The position requires strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, along with solid technical knowledge in telecom systems integration, project delivery, and system operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site / remote delivery of Entitlement Server projects for our MNO customers.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with the BSS / IT teams, AAA or HSS, SM-DP+ and other relevant systems.
Design and review network topology, integration architecture, and deployment solutions for private environments within operator networks.
Present system functionalities, business workflows, configuration steps, and integration requirements to external stakeholders.
Coordinate and support API exposure and integration with Apple, Android, and other ecosystem partners.
Perform post-deployment system health checks, including KPI monitoring, alarm handling, and service updates.
Collect and analyze system / server logs, liaising with backend teams for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ensure system compliance with telecom security and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical training, documentation, and support to customers and internal teams.
Ensure project delivery and maintenance meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom system integration, delivery, or solution engineering.

Strong understanding of BSS, IT systems, AAA, HSS, SM-DP+, and API integration in telecom networks.

Hands‑on experience with network protocols, system deployment, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting in telecom environments.

Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Linux administration, shell scripting, Nginx, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and Red Hat’s OpenShift.

Familiar with MariaDB / MySQL database configuration, architecture, and SQL query language.

Experience using log and monitoring systems such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus.

Solid knowledge of IP routing and firewall configuration.

Strong ability to lead technical workshops, customer meetings, and requirement analysis sessions.

Willingness to travel overseas for project delivery and on‑site support.

Experience in Entitlement Server, eSIM, or operator core network projects is a strong plus.
